He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Hobson Anderson and Lena Ruth Mefford Anderson; and his daughter-in-law Benita Judah Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Bette Thomas Anderson of Alexander City; his children, Edward Neil Anderson of Sylacauga, Valerie Anderson Burnett (Davis) of Atlanta, GA and Allison Whitehead of Auburn; his grandchildren, Scotlyn Whitehead and Emily Windham; his brother Elvin Anderson of Prescott, AR; and his close friends, Sharon Spears, Charles and Monica Hearn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
