It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Owen Herbert Oliver of Alexander City, Alabama, who passed away on July 11, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herbert Oliver and Mary Frances Blythe Oliver; his wife Gussie Nadine Oliver; and his brother Kermit Oliver. He is survived by: his children, Libby Engstrom (Kevin) and Tim Oliver; his grandchildren, Josh Smith, Austin Smith (Alisha) and Hanna Smith; his great grandchildren, Oakley Smith, Ethan Smith, Nathan Smith and Ayla Gilley; and his sister Sarah Roebuck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
