She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Calvin Lowe and Rosa Elizabeth Thomas Lowe; her husband Clyde Bradford Winslett; and her siblings, Jean Clark, Evelyn Mangram, Mary Gladys Austin, Thomas and Everett Lowe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
