We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2020, Michelle Denney Garrett (Alexander City, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jenny Griffin and Mike Denney; and her grandparents, Arie, R. A. Griffin, Jr. (Junior) and Bud Denney.
She is survived by: her husband John Garrett; her siblings, Stephanie Denney of Jackson's Gap and Michael Wayne Denney (Tracy) of Newnan; her grandmother Jewel Dean Denney (Alex City); and her nieces and nephews, Chase Tanner, Griffin Tanner, Justin Tanner, Megan Tanner, Ashton Denney and Alisa Denney.
The TCSO and #SissyStrong friends were a part of her clash with cancer from the beginning in October and gathered together to organize a charity bike ride for her while she was still able to enjoy it.
