He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Sam Phillips McKenzie and Margaret Mundy McKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda McKenzie of Alexander City, AL; his daughter Bethany Grogan (Mike); his grandchildren, McKayla and Braxton Grogan; his siblings, Judith Ann McKenzie of Norcross, GA, Margaret Mundy McKenzie, Jr. of Tucker, GA and Sam Phillips McKenzie, Jr. (Lyn) of Greensboro, GA; and his brother-in-law Alan Roberts (Kris) of Callahan, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
