He is survived by: his wife Mary Smith; his sons, Tim Smith (Christina) of Madison, AL and Tony Smith (Kendra) of Birmingham, AL; his grandchildren, Caleb Smith, Calista Smith and Daviston Smith; and his siblings, Gerald H. Smith (Betty), Richard Smith and Reba Orr.
