Though Mary Kathryn may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She is survived by: her brothers, David Lilly and John Lilly; her son Anthony East (Gail Campbell) of Duluth, GA; her granddaughter Lillian Campbell East; her brother Christopher; her nieces, Tish Baker, Kerin O'Hara and Christol Jacobs; and her nephew Brian Lilly.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Radney Funeral Home (1326 Dadeville Rd, Alexander City, AL 35010).
