We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2020, at the age of 77, Mary Jo Coker of Alexander City, Alabama, born in Elmore, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Henry Smith and Annie Wall Smith; her husband Larry Coker; and her grandson Kevin Whetstone. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Coker Whetstone (Jerry) and Mike Coker (Joy Tadlock); her grandchildren, Kim Eckstrand (David), Cliff Whetstone, Landon Coker (Leighton), Cameron Tadlock, Bailey Tadlock, Mary Beth Coker (Carter Jones) and Gage Whetstone (Alyssa); her great grandchildren, Bradlee, Ronnie, Kayne, Mason and Alyssa; her great great grandchild Oaklyn Claire; and her siblings, Martha Kassell, Gail Robbins and Bobby Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
