Blair Jr., Terry Blair and Tina Lynch (Jerry); her grandchildren, Josh Spivey (Caitlin), Kerri Gordon (Andy), Adam Blair (Burgundy), Blair Adams (Justin), Cheyenne Blair and Micah Blair; her stepgrandchildren, Cody Blair (Rachel), Lindsey Browning, Audrey Ray (Jeremy) and Brandon Cumbie (Shannon); and her siblings, Louise Workman (Kevin), Richard Adams (Sandra), Debbie Brand (Jack) and Jeannene Sanders (David). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
