He was predeceased by: his wife Ida Pearl Pharr. He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Guthrie (Wayne); his granddaughters, Stephanie Hughes (Josh) and Ashley Willis (Lucas); his great grandchildren, Levi and Logan Willis; and his siblings, Eva Dawkins, Joe Pharr and Ralph Pharr.
Due to State Mandates for Covid-19 control, the family will have a private graveside with Rev. Kenneth Garner officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bill Nichols State Veterans Home, 1784 Elkahatchee Road, Alexander City, Alabama 35010.
