She was predeceased by: her daughter Ashley Marie Lovelady; her parents, Jim Thomas and Betty Lois Thomas; and her husband David Evans. She is survived by: her daughter Dusty Gwyn Seibert of Fort Payne, AL; and her grandchildren, Brandon M. Machado, Nicholas Machado, Alexa Seibert, James Seibert, Jayce Lovelady, Jensen Lovelady and Braeden Lovelady.
