He was predeceased by: his parents, Waits Lihu Woods and Sallie Wilma Boyd Woods. He is survived by: his wife Judith Woods; his children, Shawna Holley (Burke) of Hoover, Alabama and Chad Woods (Alicia) of Auburn, Alabama; his grandchildren, Ryan Whatley (Emily), Corley Woods, Campbell Woods, Tucker Holley, Mickey Holley and Ella Grace Fite; his great grandchild Rhodes Whatley; and his sister Lahoma Burdette (Carlton).
