He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Jean Payne; his sons, Jeffrey Payne (Baylie) and Joseph Rocco (Emily Crist); his siblings, Carla Clower (Andrew) and Steve Payne (Kim); his nephews, Stephen Payne and Cristopher Clower; his niece Cheyenne Payne; his father Carlice Payne; and his brother Jeffrey Lynn Payne. He was also cherished by many extended family members and friends.
