He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Neeley, Jr. and Maude Patrick Neeley; and his brother Ernest Neeley. He is survived by: his wife Claire LaFaye Neeley of Alexander City, AL; and his sisters, Janice Neeley Patrick and Faye Miller.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Radney Funeral Home (1326 Dadeville Rd, Alexander City, AL 35010). The lying in state will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Orr Street Baptist Church (939 O St, Alexander City, AL 35010). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
