It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Guy Neighbors (Alexander City, Alabama), who passed away on March 23, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Ruth Ann Adamson Neighbors of Alexander City; his children, Shane Ingram (Steve) of Alexander City, Susan Bryant (Frank) of Alexander City and Al Neighbors (Jan) of Alexander City; his grandchildren, Steven Ingram, Adam Ingram (Melisha), Zachary Bryant (Amanda), Brannon Guy (Carlisle) and Adley Grace Bryant; his great grandchildren, Tensley Ingram, Carson Ingram, Livvy Kate Bryant and Chase Bryant; his siblings, Larry Neighbors (Emily) of Thomaston, GA, Melba Hagan of Alexander City and Gladys "Pat" Thompson; his former wife Juanita Neighbors; and his siblings, Virginia Windham, Justine White, June Neighbors, Nell Forehand, Ralph Neighbors, Pinson Neighbors, Gene Neighbors and Joe Neighbors. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by his parents.
