He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank James and Iladeen Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Marla Elliott; his daughter Anna Rachel Elliott; his sisters, Barbara Carol Watters and Betty Jane Nelson; and his aunt Genease Beasley.
