It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie Marie Kirkland Moncrief (Alexander City, Alabama), born in Sylacauga, Alabama, who passed away on April 4, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Chester Moncrief; and her brothers, Willie Jackson Kirkland, William Edson Kirkland and James Raymond Kirkland. She is survived by: her nieces, Shirley Grice (Donald) of Sylacauga and Janice Brown (Mike) of Childersburg; and her nephew Steve Kirkland (Jean) of Montevallo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Ms. Marie requested that memorial contributions be given to Hillabee Baptist Church, Lake Martin Animal Shelter or a charity of one's choice.
