He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Chester Ballard and Judith Patricia McClellan Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne C. Ballard; his children, Christopher Michael Ballard (Cassie Delisle) and Alyson Hope Gulledge (Alex); and his brother Chester Glen Ballard.
