James Olin Loyd Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2021, at the age of 82, James Olin Loyd of Alexander City, Alabama, born in Troy, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Loyd and Verdelle Ruth Causey Loyd; and his brother Charles A. Loyd. He is survived by: his wife Sue Mann Loyd; his son Jeffrey O. Loyd (Donna); his grandchildren, Holly Ann Loyd and Carter James Loyd; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Loyd and Jim Mann (Carolyn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in his memory to Alexander City Methodist Church, or to a charity of one's choice.
