He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Belyeu and Cecilia Belyeu; and his siblings, Della and Homer. He is survived by: his wife Bettye Doris Belyeu; his stepchildren, Alexis McGough (Ray), Johnathan Belyeu, Brandon Belyeu (Danielle), Landy Jenkins (Regina), Terance Jenkins (Barbara), Winchell Jenkins and Lafondia Crutchfield; and his brother Floyd Belyeu. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
