He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ross Holley and Lela Pearl Davis Holley; his wife Lenora "Nancy" Clentel Holley; his granddaughter Laura Holley; and his siblings, Milton Holley, Donald Holley, Norma Langston, Thaddie Caldwell, Athlene White and Judy Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Holley (Beth) and Susan Holley Cage (Bill); his grandchildren, Neil Holley (Shannon), Bailey Cage, Ben Cage (Brooklyn Williamson) and Sanders Cage; his great grandchildren, Dawson Nolen, Cooper Nolen and Nathan Holley; and his sister-in-law Gaye Holley Veazey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
