He is survived by: his sons, Cody Dale McIntyre (Stephanie) of Alexander City, AL and Seth Daniel McIntyre (Miranda) of Calera, AL.; his grandchildren, Daniel Kade McIntyre and Kalissa Grace Thompson; and his sister Donna McIntyre.
