He is survived by: his children, Carol Cochran Hornsby (Larry) and Kenneth Wayne Cochran; his great grandchildren, Blake Hornsby, Calvin Lesley, Caleb Hornsby and Grant Lesley; his siblings, Juanita Cochran White (George), Charlotte Cochran Humphrey and Larry Ray Cochran (Cindy); and his sisters-in-law, Sue Davis Cochran and Gloria Boyett.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Radney Funeral Home (1326 Dadeville Rd, Alexander City, AL 35010). The lying in state was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Cornerstone First Global Methodist Church (310 Green St, Alexander City, AL 35010). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sears Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery.
