He was predeceased by: his parents, Fitzgerald Baumgardner and Thelma Baumgardner; and his sister Phyllis Wroten. He is survived by: his children, Ron Baumgardner (Renay), Earl Baumgardner (Charla), Russ Baumgardner (Laura), Danny Baumgardner and Becky Cleveland (Bobby); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Brock, Bradley Baumgardner, Philip, Charles Caswell, Eric (Lindsey), Dylan Baumgardner (Zhenya), Mindy McWhirter (Chad), Savannah, Lexi and Sophia Baumgardner; and his great grandchildren, Patrick O'Brien, Harrison and Heidi Baumgardner.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Radney Funeral Home (1326 Dadeville Rd, Alexander City, AL 35010). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home (1326 Dadeville Rd, Alexander City, AL 35010).
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Alexander City Church of Christ, 945 Tallapoosa Street, Alexander City, AL, 35010.
