He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bruhn Wilbanks; his children, Lydia "Lilly" Murphy Pauline Wilbanks, George Dewey Caffery Wilbanks and Katy Alexander Fuller Wilbanks; and his siblings, Robert Wilbanks of Mobile, AL, William Wilbanks of Alexander City, AL, Barbara Wilbanks Roberts of St. Louis, MO and Pauline Wilbanks Comer (Polly) of Eufaula, AL..
