He was predeceased by: his parents, Isiah Owens and Myra Owens. He is survived by: his children, Debra Owens and Frederick B. Owens; his granddaughter Tre'Andrea Owens; his sons, Ricky Owens (Vanessa), DeCarlos Heard (Vickie) and Freddie Floyd (Angela); his sisters, Izedar Brown, Amanda Owens and Ida Hose; his grandchildren, Brandon Owens (Robin), Brandy Burton, Brittany Edwards (Gemain), Untayus Brown, Alyssa Floyd, DeSean, Braxton, Jayden, Cameron, Angel, Skylar and Kayomi; and his sister-in-law Katie Owens.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Armour's Memorial Chapel (1465 N Central Ave, Alexander City, AL 35010). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Home Baptist Church (4181 Co Rd 30, Rockford, AL 35136).
