She was predeceased by: her parents, Newton Alexander Miller and Julia Viola Ray Miller; her husband Clemon Sherer; and her sisters, Annie Ree Golden, Mary Ruth Sellers, Johnnie Mae Dowdy, Eloise Martin, Jimmie Zeladonis and Willie Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Burnett of Daphne and David Roy Sherer of Camp Hill; her grandchildren, Trina Geram (Scott), Sylvia Hughes (Jake), Shelby Jones (Trent) and Joanie Illian (Mias); and her great grandchildren, Nina Hughes, Rose Hughes, Elijah Illian, Ezekiel Illian and Lillith Jones. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
