He was predeceased by: his mother Nelda Jane "Janie" Allen Guy; and his granddaughter Jeska Guy. He is survived by: his father Lowell Oliver Guy; his wife Carrie J. Guy; his children, Christina Rae Ferony (Thomas), Toby David Farnum, Derek Allen Guy and Darrell Wayne Guy; and his siblings, Linda G. Brewer (Kenneth) and Robert Scott "Bobby" Guy (Dawn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
