She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Franklin Cook and Frances Irene Cross Cook; and her brother Charles "Chuck" Cook. She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Spears of Alexander City, Fran Grieb (Stanley) of Trenton, MI and Jeffrey Cook (Gloria) of Clinton Township, MI; her nephews, Shannon Wright (Heather), Jeff "Jay" Cook (Amanda), Dean Grieb and James Grieb; her niece Shawna Sanford; her great-niece Katherine Cook; her goddaughter Kristina Chapman; her aunt Joyce Baer (Leroy); and her close friend Kristina Searer.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Family Worship Center in memory of Dana.
