He is survived by: his wife Linda Diane Simmons; his son Drew Simmons; his granddaughter Kayla Simmons; his great grandchild Easton Holt; and his siblings, Betty Campbell, Mae Kirkwood and Alan Adkison. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
