He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy D. Huey; his daughter Leslie Huey; and his grandchild Stacy Green. He is survived by: his children, Debra Sims of Alexander City, Stanley Green (Gloria) and Dru Green (Beverly); his grandchildren, Tony Green (Stormy) and Anna Scruggs (Stacy); his great grandchildren, Sierra Green, Tylar Watts and Kyra Berry; his son-in-law Rudolf Probst; and his friends, Wanda Robinson and Timothy Johnson.
