He was predeceased by: his father Charles Wardell Oliver. He is survived by: his sons, David Stanley Oliver and Charles Steven "Stevie" Oliver (Shelly); his mother Ruth Marie Oliver; his siblings, Sue Daniel (Ray), Sara Jordan (David), Robbie Milam (Charles) and Jerry Wayne Oliver (Regina); and his grandchildren, Seth Dylan Oliver, Nicholas Clay Brooks, Alicia Star Rooks and Chandler Dakota Rooks.
