He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Champ Traylor and Belle Robinson Traylor; his wife Sarah Ellen Campbell Traylor; his brother Bill Traylor; and his stepchildren, Tammy Dettman and Tracy Moncrief.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Patsy Fox of Alexander City; his grandchildren, Candace Green (Matt), Scotty Yates, Benjamin Thomas, Heath Fox, Corey Moncrief (Jill), Kayla Moncrief Alford (Justin) and David Smith; and his sister Sylvia Manning. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
