He is survived by: his wife Pat Lewis; his daughter Tonya Lewis Magouyrk (Gary); his grandchildren, Chasity Magouyrk, Brandon Magouyrk (Skylar) and Summer Magouyrk Parker (Austin); his great grandchildren, Braxton Magouyrk, Ava Price, Connor Magouyrk, Madolyn Parker and Lincoln Parker; his sister Joyce Arsenault; and his siblings-in-law, Tim Anthony (Ginie) and Linda Harry (Robert). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
