He was predeceased by: his parents, Lehman Douglas Brewer and Juanita Huitt Brewer. He is survived by: his children, Tamara Lynn Carter (Jeremy) and Richard Jason Brewer (Heaven); his grandchildren, Arabella Love Brewer, Joshua Thomas Carter and Logan James Carter; and his siblings, Leon Douglas Brewer, Ricky Donald Brewer (Janice) and Joyce Ann Winters.
