He was predeceased by: his parents, Britton Edward Turner and Velma Strickland Turner; his son Clay Clayton Turner, Jr.; and his siblings, Britton S. Turner, Arlin B. Turner, Eulene Maddox and Reba Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Turner; his sons, Carman Clay and Kevin Lamar Turner; his stepson Jeff Waites (Dianne) of Fitzpatrick, AL.; his grandchildren, Brittney Brasington (Charles), Morgan Waites and Wesley Waites; and his great grandchildren, Colt and Crew Brasington.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Radney Funeral Home (1326 Dadeville Rd, Alexander City, AL 35010). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home (1326 Dadeville Rd, Alexander City, AL 35010).
