It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Sue Duck of Alexander City, Alabama, born in Sylacauga, Alabama, who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Herman Walton and Sarah Catherine "Belle" Bentley Smith; her husband Guy Vernon Duck; and her brothers, Cecil L. Walton and Johnny Mac Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Connie D. Forehand (Steve) of Alexander City and Tommy G. Duck (Sue) of Alexander City; her grandchildren, Brandon G. Duck, Alison D. Adcock, Chris S. Ward, James L. Ward, Kelly F. McTear (Sean) and Richard Forehand; and her sister Gloria W. Gonda. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; five great great-grandchildren.
