She is survived by: her children, Charles "Buddy" Fletcher Forehand Jr. (Cindy) of Montgomery, Karen Forehand Sturkie (William) of Alexander City and Sheila Brown of Alexander City; her grandchildren, Kimberly Bellino, Stephanie Crutchfield, Abigail Brown and Nolen Brown; and her great grandchild Kathryn Crutchfield.
