She was predeceased by: her parents, William Oliver Fomby and Lucy Jane Brown Fomby; her husband Lonnie M. Forbus; her daughter Mary Ann Forbus Law; her grandson Darin Berry; and her siblings, Flora Mae Berry, Nadine Martin, Lucy Irene Lamb, Christine F. Gilliland, Lois Voncille Hardy, Ira Fomby, Preston Fomby, Edmond Fomby and Billy Fomby.
She is survived by: her grandson Rev. Justin Law; her children, June Johnson (Lanny) and Rayford Earl Berry; and her grandchildren, Justin Law (Anslee), Jeremy Law (Savannah), Theresa Welsh (Edward), Krystal Shirley, Phillip Berry (Kathy), Sarah Morrison (Kyle) and Stel Gibson. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and twelve great great-grandchildren.
