She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Louis Johnson and Mary Lou Dunson Johnson; her husbands, Kenneth Hay, Everette Meadows and Paul Atkisson; and her granddaughter Kara Hay.
She is survived by: her sons, Chris Fomby (Beth) of Alexander City, Steve Hay of Alexander City, Alan Meadows (Kelli) of Alexander City and Will Meadows of Equality; and her siblings, Martha Lambert (Robert) of Tallassee, Sali Fries (Bobby) of Millen, GA and Louis Johnson (Bonnie) of Alexander City. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Wayside Baptist Church, 21 Wayside Circle Alexander City, AL 35010.
