He was predeceased by: his parent E. P. Proctor Winona Upton (Stella); and his sister Sunny Charlotte Proctor. He is survived by: his sister Emily Proctor Hill (Richard Hill); his nieces, Sara Hill and Amanda Hill; his sister-in-law Janice Proctor (late Randy Proctor); his nephew John Proctor (Fannie Proctor); his great-niece Jennifer Proctor Southerland; his granddaughters, Regan Southerland and Scarlett Southerland; and also Dolph Southerland.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Adams Brown Service Funeral Home (6906 US-431, Albertville, AL 35950). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Liberty Cemetery-Painter (808 Co Rd 9, Crossville, AL 35962).
