She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleve Gilbert and Leola Johnson Gilbert; and her siblings, Carolyn Chandler, John Thomas Gilbert, Mark Gilbert and Brad Gilbert.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Gilbert, Lydia Gilbert and Rodney Gilbert (Dixon). She is also survived by 25 Great Grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery (17663 AL-227, Geraldine, AL 35975).
