He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Rowley and Marian Rowley; and his siblings, David Rowley and Carol Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rowley; his children, Terry Rowley, Craig Rowley (Kelli), Scott Rowley (Janelle) and Stephanie McNamara (Phillip); his grandchildren, Jaxon, Olivia, Logan, Noah and James; and his siblings, Michael Rowley, Bobby Rowley, Cathy Robinson and Mary Vaughn.
