He is survived by: his children, Blake Simmons (Carly), Heath Baker (Sydney) and Heather Vaught (Alex); his close friend Tammy Spears; his parent Willie Simmons (Deborah); his parent-in-law Arab; and his brother Chris Simmons (April). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Shepard's Cove Hospice.
