She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse James Malone and Inez Bagwell Swords; her siblings, Melba Stephens, Aussie Bain, Charles Malone and Dexter Malone; her niece Rita Keller; and her nephews, Larry Bain and Michael Malone.

She is survived by: her husband James Banks.
