With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Genette Carolton Ogburn of Albertville, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2025 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Ogburn; her son Lynn Stephens; her grandson Trenton Saint; and her parents, Emory Murrell and Carrie Murrell.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Brown; her grandchildren, David Saint, Christopher Saint and Elizabeth Saint; her great grandchildren, Lacey, Abby and Kennedi; and her nieces and nephews, Terry Powell and Cheryl Powell Kirk. She is also survived by three great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Albertville Memorial Chapel (5011 US-431, Albertville, AL 35950). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
