He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Garrison and Dovie Garrison; and his daughter Vicki Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Linda Garrison; his sons, Chris and Wes (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Baylee Dollar (Michael), Louis Garrison, Emma Garrison and Ragan Shirley (Austin); and his siblings, Joan Moore (Edward) and Ronnie (Marcella).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Shepherd's Cove Hospice.
