It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Ray Wilkes in Albertville, Alabama, born in Jefferson, Alabama, who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda Lou Burke Wilkes and Buddy Wilkes; and his brother James Ronald "Ronnie" Wilkes. He is survived by: his brother Thomas Wayne "Tom"; his sister-in-law Sandra Wilkes; his sister Eva Dianne "Missy"; his brother-in-law Jonathan Campbell; his nephews, Phillip Andrew Wilkes, Stephen Edward Wilkes, Jason Patrick Campbell (Ellen) and Justin Michael Campbell (Emily); his niece Amanda Brooke Wilkes; and his great-nephew Cole Michael Campbell.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Arab Memorial Cemetery (565 S Main St, Arab, AL 35016).
