He is survived by: his wife Tanya Templeton; his sons, Shannon Templeton (Lynn), Stanley Templeton (Tara), Casey Templeton (Angela) and Blake Scott; his mother Opal Templeton; and his siblings, Peggy Simpson (Rickey) and Tony Templeton (Kaye). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 3 nephews; and 1 niece.
