He was predeceased by: his sons, Adam Shea and Jody Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Chad Greer, Britney Stevenson, Chance Henry, Cody Patterson, Cara Ferguson and Jessica Patterson; his parents, Charles Greer and Rita Greer; his siblings, Chris Greer and Suzanne Phillips; and his pet Jade. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
